They hold these "Idol" shows on TV, and they're held in a few countries, including NZ. It's a reality show, and all those who think they are good at singing compete against each other. The judges, of which Simon Cowell is one, will criticise or praise each contestant. TV viewers and the Judges get their votes counted to decide on who stays and who leaves the show. The last one standing is the winner, and their singing career is almost guaranteed for them. Simon Cowell is supposed to be a music mogul in his own right, in fact, if I remember right, he started these Idol shows off in the first place. His brutal criticism of some singers would have them near tears. kia ora from Aotearoa

Thank you very much to CC... Kiwi and Chris again. Yes it was as happy as I could make it and the weather was fine
too to match it with no thunder storms like CC endured in NYC. I hate thunder and lighting too CC. I always think it's like living in a war zone and you
wonder where the lighting rocket will strike next, with the big bang to go with it.
