Thankyou as well for your most thoughtful reply.  I tend to think all charts must have at least some redeeming points in them. For example Charles Manson and John Lennon had very very similar charts (of course there were some differences) but the basic hard aspects were the same. I do think there is some element of choice in how we choose to play out the tough aspects, as per your example of the lady with the tough 6th house.

Maybe I have to think this, with my 12th house stellium, or otherwise I would have trouble getting up in the morning. When my chart was used as an example in an astrology class, many budding astrologers gasped in horror. And I have lived through Pluto hitting every planet in my 12th house stellium as well as:  Ascendent, Mercury and Neptune (conjunct the Asc) opposite moon and Sun. And now quincunx my moon and square natal Pluto. If I read the text book interpretations I should have been dead many times over.

I think you are spot on with your point re: what type of reading is requested. And I really appreciate your thoughts.
