"So what about synastry aspects do they have anything to do with the houses in a composite chart between two people? Because some people say they like synastry better but if synastry doesn't cover the houses between people they are missing out on information in addition to the composite signs I guess. With synastry it seems so far you only get half of the relationship but with experience it seems to me if synastry is bad the rest is bad. Until the day comes when I encounter bad synastry but good composite positions I guess i'll know for sure. "

The basis of all synastry and composite charts is the two natal charts. You should squeeze any information you can from the two natals before moving on to any other chart.

Synastry and composite only work if BOTH times are accurate. You cannot match one chart with a true birth time with one which is a guess. Composites make mathematical changes to ascendant and planetary positions so that the midpoints ( TWO for each planetary pairing) match. This leads to inaccuracies in the chart placements. Sharon HAS used a composite chart to predict a birth in her relationships, I think, but personally I don't trust them.

Houses ARE important in synastry. In relationships ( simplified) 5th house is what you WANT and seventh house is what you GET. If one partner's significant placements are in the 5th and the other's in the 7th, one might be serious about the relationship and the other not.
